Timeline

This is a timeline of major launches and algorithm changes with links to the actual announcement when I could find it.

I find this helpful to refer to when I am trying to figure out the cause of traffic changes or when I’m trying reviewing the major changes since the last time I worked with a client.

(Currently, the information in the table is Google-centric. I hope to update it to include other search engines, especially Bing and Yahoo, when I get a chance.)

Please leave a comment if you have a correction or suggestion for this table.
